We display the converted price for your reference (estimate with the exchange rates in your local currency) but when it comes to the checkout we charge in USD $ .Paypal /Stripe may charge a conversion fee for the transaction .Please note that these are currency conversion fees and are not controlled by our company.

The product  is made with Synthethic fiber (may contain polyester,Nylon/Polyamide ).This information was provided by the manufacturer of the product.Although we work hard to make sure that the information is complete,the information we provide is not  error-free.

You can get the discount  at the cart level,you should add 2+ units  per varient (black/pink ) and process to the checkout .Check at the checkout the discounts applied and make sure that you get yours before confirming the purchase to be eligible.

Are Exchange Fees refundable ?

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

I did not get a coupon for 2 + units ,what to do?
It's the responsibility of the customer before  confirming the order to check if the discount was applied.You can go back to the cart and apply the discount if you have missed to confirm it or it was not applied.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please include your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
